Hello, I’m Elise (she/her), founder of By Elise Events & Design. I started my business in 2015 with a desire to create events that feel thoughtful, intentional, and truly reflective of the people behind them. Over time, that work evolved into building a creative business rooted in care, clarity, and long-term sustainability.

As an event professional and advocate for inclusive, responsible practices, I believe how we run our businesses matters just as much as the work we produce. From navigating client relationships to setting boundaries, refining processes, and growing with intention, I’ve learned that success does not have to come at the expense of your values or your well-being.

This mentorship is an extension of the lessons I’ve learned while building By Elise Events & Design. It’s a space for event planners and creatives who want guidance, support, and honest insight as they grow their businesses. My goal is to help you build a career that feels aligned, sustainable, and fulfilling, while creating work you’re proud to put into the world.
